UNLOADING/LOADING ASSISTANCE:
Exhibitors may move-in on March 15, 2012, the morning of the event, beginning at
7:30 a.m. There will be EXPO staff to help you unload your vehicles. The event ends at 2:00 p.m. We ask that you DO NOT TEAR DOWN UNTIL THE END OF THE EVENT, at which time there will be EXPO staff to help you load your vehicles.
A $200.OO FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR EARLY
DISMANTLING AND DEPARTURE OF YOUR BOOTH(S)
BOOTH SET-UP:
Each 8' x 10' booth includes drape, a 6' skirted table, 2 folding chairs, a wastebasket, and 1 identification sign.
NAME BADGES: CLICK HERE for a WORD document template to print out name badge(s). BE SURE TO CHOOSE "SAVE DOCUMENT" SO YOU CAN PRINT OUT BADGES CORRECTLY. Bring them with you to the EXPO, and ask for badge covers when you register.
LUNCH:
Each booth space includes 2 lunch tickets. Additional lunch tickets can be purchased at the Expo for $8 each. If you would like additional lunch tickets, contact Kimberly Shaffer at (717) 285-8123. PROMOTE YOURSELF!
Let people know you are a participant at the Chester County 50PLUS EXPO! Use your company’s communication platforms to invite clients … and potential clients …to visit your booth for a personal, informal chat!

DOOR PRIZES:
Offering door prizes can enhance your company exposure at the EXPO. If you offer a door prize at your booth with a value of $10.00 or more, it will be listed in the EXPO guide.
The entry forms will be collected at your booth, which will draw visitors to your display. After the EXPO, you can use the entry forms to notify and deliver prizes to winners, and follow up with attendees, and to build your database.
