Exhibitors may move-in the morning of the event, beginning at 7:30 a.m.
Exhibits must be set up by the start of the show at 9 a.m., unless extenuating circumstances make this impossible and permission is received from On-Line Publishers, Inc. two weeks prior to the 50plus EXPO.
There will be EXPO staff to help you unload your vehicles. The event ends at 2:00 p.m. We ask that you DO NOT TEAR DOWN UNTIL THE END OF THE EVENT, at which time there will be EXPO staff to help you load your vehicles.
Each 8' x 10' booth includes drape, a 6' skirted table, 2 folding chairs, a wastebasket, and 1 identification sign.

Offering a door prize can enhance your company’s exposure at the EXPO. If you offer a door prize at your booth with a value of $15.00 or more, you may have the door prize announced at the EXPO. Winner slips will be included in your exhibitor packet (picked up at registration desk upon arrival).
Entry forms are collected at your booth, which will draw visitors to your display. When you are ready to do your drawing, pick a winner, fill out the winner slip and give it to an OLP staff member to have it announced. The door prize is yours to present to the winner. After the EXPO, you can use the entry forms as your means of follow-up.
